Known in Asia under the name of Shiitaké, this mushroom is appreciated for its scent and its texture somewhat reminiscent of porcini. It is very decorative, dark brown above and white below. It absorbs the flavor of the dishes in which it is incorporated, to flavor your dishes even more.

To boil the water. Stop boiling and soak mushrooms for 5 to 10 minutes, until soft. Rinse and use directly in your recipes. Rehydrated mushrooms increase 4 to 5 times their volume.
