How are Ayam ™ coconuts harvested?

Our coconuts are harvested by hand by qualified locals. They usually use a sharp blade with a long bamboo handle to remove the coconuts from the tree.

Monkeys can be seen picking coconuts on Youtube, but this is an attraction for visitors to tourist areas. It is a practice that we disapprove of and that has no place in a real coconut plantation.

On the manufacturing side, we also take care of sustainable development: all the Ayam ™ factories assigned to the production of coconut-based products use the hulls to operate their burners, which means they do not consume fossil energy.
