Known in Asia under the name of Shiitaké, this mushroom is appreciated for its scent and its texture somewhat reminiscent of porcini. It is very decorative, dark brown above and white below. It absorbs the flavor of the dishes in which it is incorporated, to flavor your dishes even more.

Our AYAM mushrooms are carefully harvested, cleaned and prepared by cutting the stems and drying them before being packed in bags.


Method of preparation

In a saucepan, bring the mushrooms to a boil in 1/2 liter of water and keep boiling for 7 minutes. Pick the mushrooms using a slotted spoon. Rinse several times with plenty of water and drain.
