AYAM Caramelized Soy Sauce is an authentic Asian sauce made from soy sauce and sugar.

Our AYAM Caramelized Soy Sauce is ready to use and easy to cook to reproduce traditional Asian dishes at home. It is ideal for caramelizing grilled meats, glazing meats and vegetables, or adding sweetness to all kinds of dishes.

Our Caramelized Soy Sauce is made with high quality ingredients, no preservatives and is certified gluten free.

Caramelized Beef Skewers With Soy

  • 800g beef tenderloin, skinless and cut into 5cm cubes
  • 1 bunch of spring onions, clear and white part cut into 4cm sticks
  • Toasted sesame seeds to garnish
  • Skewer skewers


For glazing:

  • 1 tablespoon AYAM™ caramelized soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon AYAM™ salty soy sauce
  • Soupe à 1 honey cuillère


  1. Thread a piece of beef then two sticks of new onions and repeat to compose 4 medium skewers.
  2. Combine frosting ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Heat the grill pan or your BBQ and sear the beef skewers for 2 minutes on each side. Using a pastry brush, evenly glaze the beef with the soy mixture over its entire surface for an additional 6-8 minutes, until glossy and caramelized.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
