Chicken and Yellow Noodles
Ingredients:
- 700g AYAM ™ yellow noodles
- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 600g chicken strips
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of AYAM ™ Fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons of AYAM ™ soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of AYAM ™ sesame oil
- 6 new onions, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons of mirin
- ½ liter of chicken stock
Preparation:
- Place the noodles in a bowl and cover them with boiling water. Cook for 3 minutes and stir gently with a fork. Drain.
- Heat half the oil in a non-stick pan. Cook the chicken aiguillettes for 2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Add the garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil and sauté the chicken until cooked through. Reserve
- Put the remaining oil in a saucepan and cook the onions. Add the Fish sauce, the mirin and the chicken stock and bring to the boil. Add the noodles to warm them up. Serve with the chicken.
