Lacquered Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 125ml chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons of AYAM Garlic / Ginger Pepper Sauce
- 3 tablespoons of AYAM Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger
- 1.5kg of chicken fins
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Combine the broth, sauces and ginger in a large bowl. Add the chicken fins and coat them with the mixture. Arrange in two roasting dishes.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Turn and baste the fins evenly with the sauce to obtain a shiny glaze.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds when ready to serve.
