
Energy bars with oats and coconut milk

Ingredients:

240g oatmeal

50g ground almonds
-
80g of AYAM ™ coconut milk

half a teaspoon of baking powder
-
50g of AYAM ™ coconut sugar
-
250g of jam of your choice
-
50g dark chocolate chips (optional)

20g AYAM ™ coconut oil
-
a pinch of salt
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Mix half of the oatmeal and the fine powdered coconut sugar in a blender.

Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl (oatmeal, oatmeal powder, almond powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, salt)

Add the coconut milk and melted coconut oil, mix well and pour 2/3 into a 20x20cm square mold, tamp well.

Pour the raspberry jam on top, then crumble the rest of the cereal mixture on top without tamping.

Cook for about 25min or until golden, then let cool before cutting into bars.
