Sauteed Beef and Bok Choy
Ingredients:
- 400g beef tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 250g bok choy (Asian section), roughly cut
- 200g AYAM ™ rice noodles
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons of grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon of AYAM ™ Sriracha chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon of AYAM ™ soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons of AYAM ™ sesame oil
Preparation:

Cook the noodles in boiling water and follow the pack instructions. Once cooked, drain them and set aside.

Heat a wok over high heat and pour in half the peanut oil.

Add the beef slices and sauté the meat over high heat for about 2 minutes, until browned. Then reserve.

Heat the remaining oil to add the onion and brown for 1 minute.

Add the bok choy, combined with the garlic, ginger, chili sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Sauté for about 1 minute, until the bok choys are tender. -
Return the meat to the wok and fry until the meat is to your liking.

Serve with noodles, garnish if desired with thinly sliced red peppers.
