
Caramelized Beef Skewers With Soy
Ingredients:
- 800g beef tenderloin, skinless and cut into 5cm cubes
- 1 bunch of spring onions, clear and white part cut into 4cm sticks
- Toasted sesame seeds to garnish
- Skewer skewers
For glazing:
- 1 tablespoon AYAM™ caramelized soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon AYAM™ salty soy sauce
- Soupe à 1 honey cuillère
Preparation:
- Thread a piece of beef then two sticks of new onions and repeat to compose 4 medium skewers.
- Combine frosting ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat the grill pan or your BBQ and sear the beef skewers for 2 minutes on each side. Using a pastry brush, evenly glaze the beef with the soy mixture over its entire surface for an additional 6-8 minutes, until glossy and caramelized.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
