Lamb Chops and Pineapple Sauce
Ingredients:
- 12 lamb chops
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
For the sauce:
- ½ pineapple, finely diced
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped shallots
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped cilantro
- 1 ½ teaspoons finely chopped mint leaves
- 3 teaspoons of Hoi Sin Sauce
- 2 teaspoons of AYAM ™ Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon of rice wine vinegar
Preparation:
- Combine the pepper, salt, garlic and oil.
- Spread the mixture over the lamb.
- Grill or pan-fry lamb chops for 3 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- To make the sauce, combine the pineapple, shallots, cilantro, mint, Hoi Sin sauce, soy sauce and vinegar.
- Serve the lamb chops with the sauce
