Shrimps with Satay sauce
Ingredients:
- 1kg of medium-sized prawns, peel the shrimp leaving the head and tail intact
- 1 tablespoon of Nuoc Mam AYAM ™ sauce
- 1 tablespoon of AYAM ™ Thai sweet pepper sauce
- 250ml of AYAM ™ Thai Satay Sauce
Preparation:
- Combine Nuoc Mam sauce, chilli sauce and satay sauce in a large bowl.
- Add the shrimp and toss to coat well.
- Place 30min in the refrigerator.
- Preheat barbecue or pan to high heat.
- Grill the shrimp for about 2 minutes per side, until cooked through.
