Shrimps with Sriracha sauce, honey and garlic
Ingredients:
- 450g shrimp, peeled and deveined, with the tail
- Sliced green onions, for garnish
- Salt and pepper
- Juice of one lime
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of AYAM ™ Sriracha Pepper Sauce
- 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoon of AYAM ™ soy sauce
Preparation:
- Rinse and dry the shrimp; then season them with salt and pepper.
- Thread the shrimp onto toothpicks.
- Pan fry the shrimp over medium heat until cooked through, about 5 to 10 minutes.
- While the shrimp cook, combine the lime juice, honey, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce and garlic.
- Add a little sauce to the shrimp after turning them.
- Add the rest of the sauce, turn up the heat and reduce to obtain a thick and shiny sauce to spread over the shrimp at the end of cooking.
- Enjoy immediately with sliced green onions on top.
