Ingredients:
For the chocolate cobwebs:

150g dark chocolate dessert
For the cupcakes:

125g of soft butter
-
150g of AYAM ™ coconut blossom sugar
-
3 eggs
-
150g dark chocolate dessert

200g of flour
-
1 teaspoon of yeast
-
190ml of AYAM ™ liquid coconut milk
For glazing:

250g from mascarpone
-
2 tablespoon icing sugar
-
10ml remaining AYAM ™ liquid coconut milk
-
2 tablespoon of coconut powder (optional)
Preparation:

Preheat your oven to 180 °.

For the cobwebs, melt the chocolate for 1min in the microwave. Leave to cool for 30 seconds and pour it into a pastry bag with a very small nozzle with a 3mm tip. Form your cobwebs on baking paper and place them in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

For the cupcakes, mix the soft butter (pass it 5 to 10sec in the microwave if it is not soft enough, but it must not be melted) with the AYAM ™ coconut blossom sugar. using a whisk. Then add the eggs, then the melted chocolate, whisking between each ingredient. Then add the baking powder and the flour in several batches. Finally, pour in the AYAM ™ coconut milk and mix all the preparation well. Pour into the cupcake molds and bake for about 15min.

Prepare the icing by whisking the mascarpone 2-3min with the icing sugar then the AYAM ™ coconut milk. Add the grated coconut if you wish and mix. Reserve in the fridge. 5. When the cupcakes are done, let them cool completely. Put on the frosting and cobwebs just before serving, as you need to
