
Teriyaki Perch Fillets and Noodles
Ingredients:
- 4 servings of AYAM ™ instant noodles
- 6 new onions, thinly sliced
- 3 teaspoons of grated ginger
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons unsalted peanuts, crushed
- 3 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon of rice alcohol wine
- 2 tablespoons of AYAM ™ Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 teaspoon of AYAM ™ Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 4 200g fillets of white fish of your choice (perch in the photo)
Preparation:
- Prepare the noodles following the instructions on the package, drain and put in a saucepan
- Add the onion, ginger, garlic, peanuts, cilantro, rice wine, teriyaki sauce and sesame oil to the same pot.
- Heat over low heat.
- Meanwhile, cook the fish fillets over low heat for two minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with the noodles.
