Fruits in Mango Coconut Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ tablespoons of sesame seeds
- 140ml of AYAM ™ coconut milk
- 1 peeled mango, cut into pieces
- Soupe à 1 honey cuillère
- ½ pineapple, cut into pieces
- 3 kiwis, cut into pieces
Preparation:
- Cook the sesame seeds in a small saucepan and stir constantly over medium heat for
- minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and let cool.
- Combine the coconut milk, mango and honey in a blender or food processor until you get a liquid consistency.
- Place the pineapple and kiwi pieces in a bowl. Cover with the coconut mango cream. Sprinkle the whole thing with sesame seeds.
