Marbled Choco Coco

Ingredients for a 22cm cake mold:
- 200g of soft butter or 120g of AYAM ™ coconut oil
- 200g of sugar or 200g of AYAM ™ coconut sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 320g of flour
- 1 baking powder
- 300g of AYAM ™ coconut cream
- 35g bitter cocoa powder
- 1,5 tsp liquid vanilla
- 30g grated coconut
Preparation:

In a salad bowl, mix the soft butter (or coconut oil) with the sugar using a wooden spoon or a spatula.

Add the salt.

Then add the eggs one by one, mix again. The mixture is still a bit heterogeneous.

Add the flour and baking powder. Mix.

Then pour the coconut cream (which should be at room temperature) into the mixture. Mix well until a very homogeneous paste is obtained.

In another bowl, pour half of the preparation, i.e. about 250g.

Add the bitter cocoa then mix.

In the first bowl, add the liquid vanilla and the grated coconut.

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C using hot air.

Butter and flour the cake tin.

Place a layer of cocoa paste then alternate with a layer of grated vanilla / coconut paste.

Once you have put all of your devices, using a knife shape S from the top of the mold to the bottom.

Bake at 150 ° C for 1h20.
