Coconut Mocha Mousse
Ingredients:
- 300g of milk or dark chocolate in pieces
- 270ml of AYAM ™ coconut cream
- 80g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of instant coffee granules, mixed with 1 tbsp. hot water
- 4 egg yolks
Preparation:
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate, coconut cream, butter and coffee mixture.
- Add the egg yolks one by one and stir well over low heat for 1 minute.
- When the consistency is homogeneous, pour the mixture into 4 to 6 glasses.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Before serving decorate with fruit.
