Rosti muffins with tuna and coconut milk
Ingredients:
- 500g potatoes, finely grated
- 250g of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 185g canned tuna mayonnaise
- 125ml of AYAM ™ coconut milk
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 80ml vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- Butter, for greasing
Preparation:
- Lightly grease two 6-hole muffin cups with butter.
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
- Line each pan evenly with the grated potatoes.
- Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda into a bowl and mix. Make a well in the center and incorporate the rest of the ingredients with a fork. Mix.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin cups.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Servir chaud.
