
Crab Crispy Spring Rolls
Ingredients:
- 170g of crabmeat
- 3 teaspoons of AYAM ™ Oyster Sauce
- 3 teaspoons of AYAM ™ Garlic & Ginger Pepper Sauce
- 100g of soy sprouts
- 1 coarsely grated carrot
- 2 tablespoons mint mint
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
- 8 sheets of rice paper
- 750ml of vegetable oil
- Nems AYAM ™ sauce
- AYAM ™ Sweet Thai Pepper Sauce
Preparation:

Combine crab meat, oyster and garlic and ginger chili sauces, bean sprouts, carrots, mint and cilantro in a bowl.

Spread out the rice paper sheets and place 1/8 of the device, made in step 1, on one corner of each sheet. Roll according to the photo, wetting slightly to keep the rollers closed.

Heat the oil in a large pan or wok and cook the rolls in groups of 4 until they are golden and crisp (approx. 4 minutes). Drain on absorbent paper.

Serve with the nems sauce and the sweet Thai chili sauce on the side.
