
Chinese Noodles with Vegetables and Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 small roast chicken
- 4 servings of AYAM ™ Instant Noodles
- 3/4 liter of chicken stock
- 4 tablespoons of AYAM ™ Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon of AYAM ™ Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons AYAM ™ Garlic & Ginger Chili Sauce
- 1 kg mixed Asian vegetables (fresh or frozen, of your choice)
Preparation:
- Remove the skin and bones from the chicken. Cut the flesh into strips.
- Prepare the noodles according to the directions on the package.
- Boil the chicken stock with the 3 sauces, Oyster, Soy and Pepper.
- Add the vegetables and cook until the vegetables are cooked (approx 3 min). Add the chicken strips and the noodles, mix until all the ingredients are heated through.
