Ingredients:

A whole sea bream
-
2 shanghai sprouts
-
6 AYAM ™ shiitake mushrooms to rehydrate
-
AYAM ™ soy sauce
-
AYAM ™ sesame oil
-
a piece of ginger
-
2 garlic cloves
Preparation:

Rehydrate the mushrooms for 10 minutes in hot water.

Lift the fillets from the fish and cut a few diagonal cuts in the flesh.

Wash and separate the leaves from the Shanghai sprouts.

Cut the cabbage leaves into large slices.

Peel the ginger and cut it into thin sticks.

Squeeze the mushrooms a little and cut them into strips.

Cut the garlic into strips.

In a small pan, put a drizzle of olive oil, then put the Shanghai sprouts, some of the mushrooms, and a little ginger.

Place the fish fillets on top, then put the rest of the mushrooms and ginger on top.

Pour 1cm of water from the mushrooms in the bottom of the pan, then 1 tablespoon of soy sauce on each fish fillet.

Put on a lid and cook for 5 minutes.

Drizzle with sesame oil at the end of cooking.
