
Sauteed Chicken and Vegetables in Oyster Sauce
Ingredients:
- 15 snow peas
- 50g carrots, sliced into rings
- 150g yellow zucchini, cut
- 1 red pepper, cut
- 8 miniature corn
- 150g of broccoli
- 8 mushrooms
- 300g chopped chicken breast
- 150ml of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of maizena + 3 tbsp. tablespoon of water
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon of AYAM ™ soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of AYAM ™ oyster sauce
- AYAM ™ Sesame Oil
- Coriander
Preparation:
- Mix the maizena with the water.
- In a wok, add the oil and cook the chicken. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- In the same wok, add all the vegetables. Make come back. Add the precooked chicken and mix. Add the soy sauce, the oyster sauce, the sesame oil and the broth then brown for 2 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
- Add the Maizena / water mix. Mix. Serve hot !
