Marinated Chicken and Vegetable Wok
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons of AYAM ™ oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons of AYAM ™ soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of AYAM ™ sesame oil
- 1 glass of water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 500g mixed Asian vegetables
- 4 servings of AYAM ™ instant noodles
Preparation:

Cut the chicken into strips.

Combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, water, lemon juice, garlic and cinnamon.

Heat the oil in a wok or pan. Add chicken and sauté for 2 minutes or almost until cooked through.

Add the vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

Add the sauce and sauté until the meat and vegetables are glazed.

Prepare the noodles according to the directions on the package.
NB: You can use the assortment of vegetables you want.
