
Coconut Milk Rice
Ingredients:
- 330ml of AYAM ™ coconut milk
- 58ml milk
- 125g round rice
- 58g sugar
- Cannelle
Preparation:
- Boil the milk in a saucepan.
- When it boils, lower the heat and add the rice, sugar and cinnamon. Stir regularly. After 20 minutes, pour half the coconut milk into the rice.
- When the rice is cooked, turn off the heat and pour in the rest of the coconut milk.
- Store in the refrigerator to cool the preparation.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving
