Mango Chicken Spring Rolls
Ingredients:
- 12 rice sheets
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled chicken breasts
- 1 cup of grated carrots
- ½ finely chopped mango
- ½ cup of bean sprouts
- 1 green onion (also called scallion), finely chopped
- AYAM ™ Sweet and Salty Chili Sauce
Preparation:
- Place the rice leaves in a bowl of lukewarm water for a few seconds until they soften, drain. Place them on the work surface, flat.
- Spread the crumbled chicken, grated carrots, mango, bean sprouts and a few slices of green onion on the rice paper.
- Firmly roll the rice paper to enclose the filling.
Fold up the sides well as you roll. - Serve with AYAM ™ Sweet and Salty Pepper Sauce
