Sang Choy Bau on a bed of Endives
Ingredients:
- 250g ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon of Nuoc Mam AYAM ™ sauce
- 60g chopped coriander
- 60g chopped mint
- 30g chopped peanuts
- 25g of soy sprouts
- 20g finely chopped mango
- 2 chicory
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of AYAM ™ Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of AYAM ™ Garlic and Ginger pepper sauce
Preparation:
- Heat a pan to high temperature.
- Add the ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Place the cooked chicken in a bowl and add the lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic and ginger pepper sauce and Nuoc Mam sauce. Let cool.
- Add the cilantro, mint, peanuts, bean sprouts and mango.
- Remove the leaves from the endives and place the leaves on a plate. Garnish the leaves with the contents of the bowl.
