Sautéed Beef with Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 500g rump steak, thinly sliced
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 600g of sautéed vegetables
- 1 chopped red pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of AYAM ™ Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of AYAM ™ Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Nuoc Mam AYAM ™ sauce
- 25g chopped coriander
Preparation:

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large wok or saucepan over high heat. Cook half the beef for 1-2 minutes or until the pieces are golden brown. Remove from the wok and repeat with the remaining beef.

Add the rest of the oil to the wok, add the garlic, the already sautéed vegetables and the chili. Cook for 2 or 3 minutes. Add the beef.

Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce and nuoc mam sauce in the pan. Cook until the whole is hot.

Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with steamed rice.
Advice: beef can be substituted with chicken or fish.
