
Stir-fried Noodles with Eggs, Beef and Broccoli
Ingredients:

400g beef, tenderloin or rump, thinly sliced

40g of AYAM ™ black mushrooms

450g AYAM ™ egg noodles

1 tablespoon of cornstarch
-
125ml lukewarm water
-
3 tablespoons of AYAM ™ soy sauce
-
1/2 teaspoon AYAM ™ sesame oil
-
1 pinch of Chinese 5 spice powder
-
Some sesame seeds
-
1 teaspoon of powdered white sugar
-
3 tablespoons of Chinese cooking wine
-
4 tablespoons of thick soy sauce
-
2 shredded garlic cloves
-
½ onion, sliced
-
1 head of broccoli, cut and boiled
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Preparation:

Rehydrate the black mushrooms in boiling water as directed on the package, then set aside.

Cook the egg noodles for 4 minutes in boiling water. Then remove from heat, drain and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the cornstarch and lukewarm water.

Prepare the sauce by mixing the soy sauce, sesame oil, Chinese 5 spice powder, sesame seeds, powdered sugar, cooking wine.

Marinate the meat in 2 tablespoons of the previously prepared sauce.

In a wok, add the vegetable oil and brown the garlic and onion for a few minutes.

Then add the marinated meat, the already cooked egg noodles, the black mushrooms, and the cooked broccoli.

Add the rest of the sauce, mix and sauté everything.

Add the cornstarch / water mixture. Mix again.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Serve directly
