Coconut Milk Scones

Ingredients:
- 225g of flour
- 60g of AYAM ™ sugar or coconut sugar (a little more for decoration)
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 80g cold butter or cold AYAM ™ coconut oil
- 125ml of AYAM ™ coconut cream
- 1 lemon host
- Option: grated coconut
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Using a food processor, mix the flour with the sugar and the yeast

Incorporate the butter and mix until you obtain a crumbly mixture, such as crumble dough

Add the coconut cream and the lemon zest and mix until you can form a ball of dough.

Spread everything on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and lightly floured. Form a disc of about 20cm in diameter, cut into 8 parts

Sprinkle with a touch of sugar and coconut and bake for 20 minutes

Enjoy your warm scones spread with butter and a little jam
Chef's Tips:
Do not hesitate to vary the pleasures according to your desires: swap the lime zest for chocolate chips or even fresh fruit or even ginger or cinnamon.
For a more "Healthy" version, swap white sugar for coconut sugar and butter for coconut oil.
