
Coconut Shrimp Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
- 750ml of water
- 7 raw wild shrimps
- 1 cube of vegetable broth
- 10ml of lemon juice
- 400ml of organic AYAM ™ coconut milk
- A few pieces of lemongrass
- A few crushed peppers
- 200g of AYAM ™ organic whole grain rice noodles
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the pack then set aside.
- In a wok, bring the water to a boil and add the vegetable bouillon cube. Mix until the bouillon cube disappears.
- Add coconut milk, lemon juice, sprinkle with lemongrass and crushed pepper.
- Mix and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 5 min.
