Pepper Steak and Crazy Salad
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of faux fillet
- ½ teaspoon of 5 spice powder
- 1 teaspoon of AYAM ™ chilli puree
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 400g of snow pea shoots
- 150g of snow peas
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 1 romaine salad
- 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive extra vierge
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of Nuoc Mam AYAM ™ Sauce
- 1 teaspoon of AYAM ™ sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons of grated ginger
Preparation:

Remove the fat from the meat. Mix the 5 spice powder and the chili puree. Spread over the slices of beef. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and cook the beef over medium heat for 3 minutes per side or until desired doneness.

Meanwhile, cook the snow peas for 3 minutes in boiling water. Cool in a bowl of ice water.

Combine the sprouts, snow peas, avocado, cucumber, pepper and salad in a bowl.

Prepare the sauce by vigorously mixing extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, Nuoc Mam sauce, sesame oil and ginger. Season the salad with the sauce and serve on the side of the beef.
