Bovine Tartar
Ingredients:

600g beef tartare, chopped

1 egg yolk
-
2 tablespoons of parsley
-
1 shallot
-
2 to 4 tablespoons of AYAM ™ Flavor Sauce

1 tablespoon of capers
-
1 tablespoon of dijon mustard

1 tablespoon of ketchup
-
1/2 yellow onion
-
4 tablespoons of olive oil
-
1 pinch of pepper
Preparation:

Peel and chop the onion and shallot.

Wash and chop the parsley.

Drain and chop the capers.

In a large salad bowl, combine the egg yolks, mustard, ketchup and Arôme sauce, then add the olive oil.

Add the rest of the ingredients and the minced meat and mix.

Shape the meat mixture on a plate and serve with a salad.
