Vermicelli and Beans with Tomato
Ingredients:
- 100g AYAM ™ rice noodles
- 200g chopped prawns
- 90g carrots, diced
- 90g mushrooms, diced
- 4 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp minced basil
- A little pepper and sugar (Optional)
- AYAM ™ Soy Sauce
- 230g canned white beans cooked in tomato sauce
Preparation:
- Cook the rice vermicelli in water with a pinch of salt following the instructions on the package, then drain them with a colander. Immediately fry them with a little vegetable oil until tender.
Remove and keep them aside. - In the same pan, heat a little vegetable oil. Once hot, put the garlic and the shrimp and sauté them. Put aside.
- In the same pan, lightly fry the carrots, mushrooms and tomatoes. Return the shrimp, adding the canned beans. Season everything with a little soy sauce, pepper, minced basil and sugar (optional).
- Now place the rice noodles on the plates and pour the hot mixture on top. Garnish with a little sliced basil to create a contrast of colors and flavors.
