Chilled Coconut & Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients:
- ⅔ cup Ayam™ light coconut milk 270ml
- 125g raspberries
- ¼ cup cranberry juice
- ½ cup pineapple juice
Preparation:
- Simply combine all four ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add some ice cubes so that it is chilled.
Presentation:
- Pour into serving glasses through a small strainer to remove any seeds.
- A healthy and great tasting smoothie !
